Natural, Careful, Genuine — My Independent Path

For a long time, I lived life by routine, until one day I realized I needed to do something for myself. Since last year, I’ve embarked on the path of e-commerce. As a small seller, sourcing, logistics, warehousing, and after-sales presented constant challenges. I failed again and again, but I never gave up. This is my fifth time falling and starting over.

I wanted to share my carefully crafted, naturally made handmade soaps with the world. However, when I saw many sellers offering similar products cheaply, mass-produced with industrial soap bases, I hesitated—if I followed their pricing, I couldn’t even cover my costs. To stay true to my values and allow more people to enjoy brand skincare at fair prices, I chose to work hard to secure authorized distribution for each brand and priced the products at the brand’s minimum. In doing so, I maintained product quality and benefited more customers—but this also led to malicious complaints from unofficial competitors and misunderstandings from some customers. Each time, I spent countless hours proving that my products were genuine and problem-free. Though exhausting, I succeeded in proving the authenticity of my products, and these experiences strengthened my determination to create my own independent store, offering natural, healthy, and meticulously crafted products.

Here, every handmade soap, skincare item, perfume, and even small cosmetics is personally packed by me, and I personally handle logistics and warehousing. I firmly believe that as long as I persist, one day I will have a space of my own, where every customer who trusts me can feel my sincerity—because every customer deserves to be treated with care.
